All-in-one briefs and adult nappies
Adult nappies, more often sold as all-in-one briefs or slips, wrap around the body and fasten at the sides with re-sealable tabs. That makes them a common choice for heavy leakage and for people who need help to change, including those who are bedbound or spend much of the day in a chair. Allcare Warehouse stocks all-in-one incontinence briefs from iD, Lille Suprem Fit, MoliCare and Depend, in sizes from XS through to bariatric. Call 1300 767 777 or visit the Liverpool showroom to check sizing.

MoliCare Slip Maxi
How all in one incontinence briefs work
Continence Health Australia describes all-in-ones as a wrap-around style with re-sealable tabs that can be helpful for people who find it hard to stand or walk. Because they open flat, they can be fitted while the wearer is lying down, and MoliCare notes its slips can be applied standing or lying down. Re-closable tabs, as on the MoliCare slips, also let the fit be adjusted.
Slip and tab briefs in the range
iD Slip
iD Slip comes in Plus, Super, Extra Plus and Maxi absorbencies, in sizes from XS (40-70cm) to XL (120-170cm). The maker says the side tabs make it easy to apply, for you or your carer. Capacities run from 1550ml for Super XS to 4500ml for Maxi L and XL.
Lille Suprem Fit
Lille Suprem Fit has four adjustable tapes and is recommended by the maker for men and women with limited mobility who are confined to bed. Sizes run from Small to Extra Large, with the Maxi Extra Large rated at 4060ml. The Lille Suprem Fit Bariatric Brief by Prevail is listed up to 254cm.
MoliCare slips
MoliCare Premium Slip has four breathable side panels and four re-closable hook and loop tapes, for moderate to severe urinary and faecal incontinence. MoliCare Slip Maxi is made for severe incontinence, with re-closable side tabs and a polyethylene backsheet.
Depend Briefs
Depend Briefs are unisex tab briefs and come in Normal, Super and Super Plus, from small to extra large. Depend Fitted Briefs in large suit a waist of 89 to 124cm and a weight over 77kg, and the maker describes them as suitable for day or night.
Briefs, pants or pads?
If the wearer can stand and change on their own, incontinence pants may be simpler. For lighter leaks, shaped incontinence pads held in place with net pants are another option. Our guide to pads, pull-ups and all-in-ones sets the three side by side, and the Adult Continence page shows the whole range. To protect the mattress as well, see bed and chair protection.
NDIS funding for adult nappies
For incontinence directly related to a disability, Continence Health Australia says all-in-one briefs and other continence products may be funded through the NDIS. Funding is decided by the NDIA and your plan. Our NDIS page explains how we supply participants.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a slip and a tab brief?
They are different names for the same style. iD and Lille call theirs slips, Depend calls them briefs, and many people search for adult nappies. All of them wrap around the body and fasten at the sides with tabs, unlike pull-up pants.
How do I choose the right size?
Each size lists a waist or hip range, often in the product name, such as iD Slip Plus M (80-125cm) or Lille Suprem Fit Super Plus Medium (80-130cm). Measure, then choose the size whose range includes your measurement. If you sit between two sizes, call us before ordering.
Can all-in-one briefs be used for bowel incontinence?
Some are made for it. MoliCare Premium Slip is described by the maker as suitable for moderate to severe urinary and faecal incontinence. For other products, check the listing or call 1300 767 777 and we can compare them for you.
