Junior pull ups by age and weight
iD Comfy Junior Pants are pull-ups made in two sizes:
- 4 to 7 years, 17 to 27kg
- 8 to 15 years, 24 to 47kg
The maker describes a soft side panel, an elastic underwear feel, anti-leak cuffs made of waterproof material, odour control and a cotton feel back sheet. They are designed for child incontinence and nocturnal enuresis, the medical name for bedwetting. If your child sits in the overlap between 24 and 27kg, call us and we can talk through both sizes.
Junior slip for smaller waists
The iD Comfy Junior XS slip is sized by waist, from 40 to 70cm, rather than by age. It shares the junior pants' anti-leak cuffs, odour control, cotton feel back sheet and urine absorbing zone.
Kids continence pads for the bed
The Kylie Kids Mac is a washable bed protector, or bed pad, with a waterproof backing and tuck-ins to keep it in place. The maker lists five layers, a non-slip base, latex-free materials and drainage pockets that help it dry faster after washing, all with a child-friendly dinosaur design. Because it is reusable, it can be washed and put straight back on the bed. Larger washable pads, draw sheets and mattress covers are in bed and chair protection.
Support for bedwetting and daytime wetting
Continence Health Australia says that around 1 in 5 children still experience bedwetting when they start school, and that it is not caused by laziness or poor parenting. Leakage can also continue into the teenage years: around 1 in 50 teenagers in Australia experience some form of incontinence, and it can often be treated or managed.
NDIS funding for children's continence products
If your child's incontinence is directly related to their disability, Continence Health Australia says continence products may be funded through the NDIS. Families work with a local area coordinator or early childhood partner, and an assessment by a nurse continence specialist is part of the evidence. Funding decisions are made by the NDIA and the plan, never by Allcare. Our NDIS page explains how we work with participants and their families, and our guide to buying with NDIS funding sets out the steps. The wider continence aids range covers adults too.

Frequently asked questions
When should we talk to a health professional about wetting?
Continence Health Australia suggests talking to a nurse continence specialist or GP if bedwetting continues past the age of 6 to 7, or if your child is upset by it. Teenagers who leak during the day or night can talk to a GP, nurse continence specialist or pelvic health physiotherapist.
Do you stock kids continence pads that go inside underwear?
Not at the moment. The only kids continence pads in the range are for the bed, the Kylie Kids Mac, alongside junior pull ups and the junior slip. For teenagers who have outgrown youth incontinence pants in the 8 to 15 years size, the adult range starts at small sizes, such as iD Classic Pants Plus XS (50-70cm).
Can CAPS help with the cost of continence products for children?
The Continence Aids Payment Scheme helps eligible people meet some of the cost of continence products, including youth incontinence pants. It is open to eligible people aged 5 or older with permanent and severe incontinence caused by an eligible neurological or other medical condition. A health professional completes part of the application, which goes to Services Australia.
