Top Gun mobility scooters

A mobility scooter lets you get to the shops, appointments and around the neighbourhood when walking that far is no longer practical. Allcare Warehouse stocks the Top Gun range, from light pull-apart scooters that come apart for transport to larger canopy models with weather protection. We deliver Sydney wide, and you can see the scooters in person at our Liverpool showroom before you decide. The sections below sort the range by how and where you plan to ride.

Which Top Gun scooter suits you?

Pull-apart scooters

The Bandit and Top Gun LiON both pull apart for transport or storage. The Bandit has a swivel, sliding seat and 9 inch pneumatic tyres, while the LiON runs on a lithium-ion battery and has a 149 kg load capacity.

Compact everyday scooters

The Daytona is a compact scooter with a front basket, a swing and slide seat and a 158 kg capacity. The Avenger steps up to an 1100W motor, full suspension and long range batteries, with a 180 kg capacity. The Tranzforma is built for tight indoor spaces as well as outdoor trips, with a joystick, under-seat storage and puncture-proof tyres.

Larger and heavy duty scooters

The Mustang has double sprung suspension and a high back seat with lumbar support. The Everest and Charger both carry up to 203 kg, with the Everest built for inclines and rough ground and the Charger offering an extra wide seat and low ground clearance for easier mounting. The Emperor is a bariatric scooter with a wide bench seat and a 250 kg load capacity.

Canopy scooters

The Phantom, Safari and Albatross GOLF have a clear, impact resistant canopy for wet and windy days. The Albatross adds a golf bag carrier and wide turf tyres.

See a mobility scooter in Sydney at our showroom

You can see the Top Gun range at our Liverpool showroom, Shop 7 inside Northumberland Arcade, 230 Northumberland Street. Our team can show you the seat adjustments, the angle of the tiller (the steering column) and the storage on the models on display. The display changes, so call 1300 767 777 before you visit to check the scooter you want is there. Customers in the inner west can also read about scooters in Croydon Park, and our delivery and pick-up page explains how a scooter reaches your home.

Before you choose

Think about where you will store and charge the scooter, the paths and kerbs on your usual route, and whether it needs to fit in a car. Healthdirect notes that scooter accidents are more likely without proper training, so ask your occupational therapist about practice before riding on footpaths. Our checklist on buying a mobility scooter covers more questions, and the comparison of scooter vs power wheelchair explains how scooters differ from powered chairs. Frequently asked questions

Which mobility scooter can go in a car boot?
The Bandit and Top Gun LiON are the pull-apart models, so they separate into smaller pieces for lifting into a car. The other models are not described as pull-apart, so they travel in one piece. Check your boot size and who will do the lifting before you choose.
Can NDIS funding be used for a scooter?
It depends on the participant's plan. The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) decides what is funded, through the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), not Allcare Warehouse. We supply participants whose plans are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed, so check with your planner or support coordinator first.
Do you deliver mobility scooters outside Sydney?
Scooters are delivered Sydney wide, and freight can be arranged elsewhere in NSW. Because they are large items, call 1300 767 777 with the model and your suburb and we will confirm how and when it can be delivered.
