Wrist, hand and elbow supports

In our elbow, wrist and hand range, the Deluxe Wrist Splint fits the left or right wrist, and the Wrist Splint with gel pad has two removable aluminium splints that can be moulded to the wrist. Softer choices include an adjustable wrist wrap, the Zahoprene Wrist Support with a thumb loop, a Zahoprene Thumb Support and an Adjustable Neoprene Elbow Support. Bamboo Charcoal supports for the wrist, elbow, knee and ankle are described as absorbing moisture and odour. There are also two arm slings, one with a phone pocket, and a triangular bandage.

Knee and ankle supports

In our foot and leg range, the Universal Neoprene Knee Brace has an open patella design, and the Power-knit knee stabiliser adds a gel ring around the kneecap and flexible side stabilisers. The Extra Lite Neoprene Knee Support has silicone tapes to stop it slipping during sport, and the cotton blend Elastic Knee Support is not suitable for anyone with a rubber or latex allergy. Ankle options include a brace with side stabilisers, a neoprene support with compression straps and an elastic support that fits inside a shoe.

Back, abdominal, neck and posture supports

Our back and abdominal supports include a Lightweight Mesh Back Support with four spiral spring stays, a Neoprene Back Support and the Zahoprene Magnetic Back Support. The Abdominal/Surgical Support is a post-operative binder that supports and lifts the abdomen. The Adjustable Magnetic Neck Support is in our neck and above range, and the Posture Support is with our shoulder and upper back.

Most Pro + Care supports are sized by a measurement, so note it down before you ring 1300 767 777 or email [email protected]. Questions are welcome at our Liverpool showroom. Once stock is confirmed, we arrange Sydney delivery or NSW freight.

Frequently asked questions

Which Pro + Care wrist support is designed for night?

The Adjustable Wrist Sleep Support. It is one size, fits either wrist, and uses cushioning beads to hold the wrist and hand in natural alignment. For carpal tunnel syndrome, Healthdirect says a doctor may recommend a wrist brace or splint that keeps the wrist straight, especially at night, so check with your doctor first.

Is there a Pro + Care support for tennis elbow?

Two. The Tennis Elbow Support has a silicone tendon pad that places gentle, targeted pressure, and the Elbow Support with pressure pads is listed as ideal for golfer's and tennis elbow. Healthdirect notes that a physiotherapist may recommend a brace or strap on the forearm to reduce stress on the painful area.

How do I measure for a Pro + Care support?

Each listing says where to measure. Wrist supports use the wrist circumference, the Bamboo Charcoal knee support is measured just above the kneecap, and the Power-knit knee stabiliser around the thigh, about 10cm above the centre of the kneecap. Back and abdominal supports use the waist at its widest point: S/M is 81 to 106cm, L/XL 106 to 132cm.
