Delivery and pick-up
Allcare Warehouse offers delivery and pick-up for orders from its range of 1500+ products, so you can have an order brought to you or collect it from our Liverpool showroom or our Croydon Park location. The team confirms the delivery or pick-up details for your order when you call 1300 767 777.
Our delivery area
We deliver and cater Sydney wide. Outside Sydney, freight delivery can be arranged within NSW. Our service areas page lists suburbs with their own pages. Tell the team your full address when you order, so they can confirm how your delivery will be handled.
Bulky items and larger equipment
Larger equipment, such as beds, lift chairs and mobility scooters, needs a little more planning. Call 1300 767 777 to arrange delivery of bulky items, and have these details ready:
- The delivery address and a contact phone number for the day.
- Access at the address, such as stairs, lifts, narrow hallways or a long driveway.
- The room where the item is going, and its measurements if space is tight.
Facilities ordering several items, such as carts or beds, should mention the quantities when they call.
Pick-up points
You can collect your order from either of our two pick-up points:
- NDIS Shop | Liverpool showroom, Shop 7 inside Northumberland Arcade, 230 Northumberland Street, Liverpool NSW 2170.
- Croydon Park, 44 Georges River Rd, Croydon Park NSW 2133.
Call 1300 767 777 before you come in to check that your order is ready for collection.
NDIS orders

Do you deliver outside NSW?
Products listed on the website are available for delivery Australia wide. Call 1300 767 777 with your address and the items you need, and the team will confirm how delivery to your state can be arranged.
When will my order arrive?
Timing depends on the product and where it is going, so the team confirms delivery and pick-up timing with you when you order. If you need an item by a certain date, mention it when you call.
Can I collect from a different pick-up point?
Tell the team when you order whether you would like to collect from the Liverpool showroom or the Croydon Park location, and they will confirm when your order is ready at that pick-up point.
