Blood pressure monitors

A home blood pressure monitor lets you take readings between appointments and keep a record to share with your doctor. Allcare Warehouse stocks automatic upper-arm and wrist monitors from Omron and Rossmax, along with MY and Heart Sure models, replacement cuffs, and manual sphygmomanometers for clinical users. Many models store readings for two people or sync to a phone app. Use the notes below to compare features, then call or visit our Liverpool showroom to see them in person.

Why we don't display Prices ?

In this competitive market, we do the research on your behalf for the best prices and stock availability from different suppliers. Our product sourcing team is on constant lookout for the best deals from our suppliers, and we pass these great discounts on to you.

Upper-arm or wrist: which type to choose

Healthdirect recommends an automatic monitor with a cuff that wraps around your upper arm, has been tested for accuracy, and fits you properly. It also notes that finger and wrist monitors are not recommended for home checks. For most buyers, an upper-arm blood pressure monitor is the place to start.

Wrist BP monitors

We carry the Omron HEM6161, the Omron HEM6232T with Bluetooth, and the Rossmax Deluxe Auto Wrist monitor. A wrist BP monitor is smaller and easier to pack, so ask your doctor first whether one suits you.

Omron blood pressure monitor range

Each Omron blood pressure monitor we stock is an automatic model with one-touch operation and a cuff wrapping guide. Options include:

  • Omron HEM7121 Standard: 30 reading memory and a soft 22 to 42 cm cuff.
  • Omron HEM7320 and HEM7322: 90 reading memory with date and time.
  • Omron HEM7280T: Bluetooth syncing and 100 readings each for two users.
  • Omron HEM7600T Smart Elite+: a tubeless design that snaps onto the arm and syncs to the OMRON connect app.
  • HeartGuide: a wearable Omron monitor that also tracks daily activity and sleep.

We also stock Omron models sold under their code names, including the HEM-7120, HEM-7156, HEM-7361T and JPN500.

Rossmax, MY and Heart Sure models

Rossmax upper-arm monitors include a Deluxe XL model with a large display, a USB-powered model, and PARR models with Bluetooth or a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The MY Blood Pressure Monitor Deluxe stores 150 readings for two users, and the Heart Sure BP100 runs on four AA batteries.

Cuffs and clinical equipment

A cuff that is too small or too large can affect your reading. Omron replacement cuffs come in medium (22 to 32 cm), large (32 to 42 cm) and medium to large (22 to 42 cm) sizes, and each one is compatible only with the Omron models listed on its product page. Rossmax also offers a latex-free cone cuff.

For clinics and care facilities, the range includes the Rossmax PARR PRO Professional monitor, aneroid and palm-type manual sphygmomanometers, and a blood pressure trolley for the Rossmax RMAC1000f. You can find more medical and diagnostic equipment in the main section, or read about common diagnostic devices and equipment for older people. Many people also keep a pulse oximeter or home thermometer with their monitor.

A home monitor records numbers; it does not diagnose anything. Your GP can tell you what your readings mean.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which cuff size I need?
Measure around the middle of your upper arm with a soft tape. Most of our Omron monitors come with a 22 to 42 cm cuff. If your arm falls outside that range, or you are replacing a cuff, choose the size listed for your monitor model and call us to confirm the match.
Can two people share one blood pressure monitor?
Yes, several models store readings separately for two users, including the Omron HEM7280T, the MY Blood Pressure Monitor Deluxe and the Rossmax Deluxe XL. This keeps each person's history apart, which helps couples or carers managing readings for more than one person.
Can I buy a blood pressure monitor with NDIS funding?
Whether a monitor can be bought with plan funds depends on your plan and the decision of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), not on us. As a registered NDIS provider, Allcare Warehouse can supply participants on self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed plans. Check with your plan manager or support coordinator first.
