Vitamin C, immunity and multivitamins
Vitamin C 1000mg tablets are blood orange flavoured, in packs of 10 and 20. The Immunity tablets pair 1000 mg of vitamin C with 10 mg of zinc, in blackcurrant (20 tablets) or orange zest (60), and an echinacea tablet comes in a pack of 10. For broader cover there are Multivitamin C + Minerals and Multivitamin+Minerals, both orange, and Collagen Formation in strawberry. The Energy tablets are a multivitamin with guarana, flavoured orange and mango, in 10, 20 and 40 packs and a three pack of 20s.
B vitamins and minerals
The B group line-up includes Vitamin B Complex and Mega B Complex, both apricot and peach, and Vitamin B+ Performance, which adds vitamin C, magnesium, calcium and zinc to the B complex, in orange or apple and berry. Single minerals are well covered: three magnesium options including Magnesium Forte at 320 mg in lemon, two zinc tablets (Zinc Effervescent has 25 mg per serve), and Iron Plus, which combines 18 mg of iron with vitamin C, folic acid and B12 in raspberry. Vitamin D 1000 IU comes in berry, and calcium comes as Calcium & Vitamin D in natural orange or Calcium Plus in berry and vanilla.
Hydration and children's tablets
Electrolyte Hydrate tablets come in two flavours and in 20 and 60 packs, and the orange version is made up at two tablets per 200 mL of water. Voost formulates its Isotonic Sport Fast Hydration tablets, in lemon lime or orange, for people doing sustained or vigorous exercise with heavy sweating, and there is a Sport Hydration in berry as well. For children, Kids Immunity Blackcurrant contains vitamin C, elderberry and zinc, and Kids Multivitamin is strawberry flavoured. Our wider nutrition and feeding range holds other nutrition products.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a vitamin supplement?
Not necessarily. Healthdirect says most people do not need supplements, because a balanced diet should provide the nutrients the body needs, though people who are pregnant, older, have a medical condition or follow a restricted diet may. It recommends talking to your doctor or pharmacist first, as supplements can interact with medicines.
Do Voost tablets contain sodium?
Some list it. The Vitamin D and Vitamin B Complex tablets each state 360 mg of sodium per tablet, and Iron Plus states 275 mg. Healthdirect's salt guide notes that some medicines and dietary supplements contain high levels of sodium, and suggests checking the packet if you use them regularly.
Are Voost tablets dairy free?
Several labels say so. The Vitamin D, Energy and Magnesium Mg tablets state no added dairy, lactose, soy or yeast, and list colours or flavours, tabletting aids and artificial sweeteners. Other Voost listings do not give allergen details, so ask us to check the pack before you order if this matters.
