VitaPlus pill boxes

The pill boxes come in one day and seven day versions, each with or without separate am and pm compartments, plus the VitaPlus One Week (Day Out) Pill Box. The one day boxes are the lightest, from 26 g, while the Day Out box weighs 155 g. A weekly organiser made from BPA free plastic and the Pill Cutter round out the group.

Waterproof cast protectors

Vitalplus cast protectors slip over a plaster cast or dressing before a bath or shower, and a diaphragm seals the water out. Adult sizes cover the lower arm, full arm, lower leg and full leg, and child sizes cover the full arm and full leg.

Blister and callus plasters

In our foot care range, the plasters are listed by size: Blister Plasters Small (20 x 60 mm), Medium (55 x 37 mm) and Toe (17 x 48 mm), Blister Plasters Extra Comfort, a five pack of Blister Plasters, and Callus Plasters at 42 x 45 mm. These listings have no further detail, so ask us if you need to know more about a pack.

Frequently asked questions

Can a cast protector be shared or reused?

It can be reused, but each protector is intended for one patient only, so it should not be passed between family members or residents. Choose the size by how much of the limb the cast covers, and keep it with the person it belongs to for the life of the cast.

How else can I look after a cast while a fracture heals?

Healthdirect says that while a broken bone heals it is important to rest, keep the injured area elevated, avoid sport and physical activity, and look after your cast. Your doctor or the clinic that applied the cast can tell you how to care for your particular cast.

Should I choose a one day or seven day pill box?

A one day box suits carrying a day's tablets when you are out, or refilling each morning. A seven day box lets the whole week be set out at once, which makes a missed dose easy to spot. If doses are taken morning and evening, the am and pm versions keep them apart.
