How the Uccello Kettle works
Uccello designed the kettle so hot water goes from kettle to cup without lifting, straining or aiming: the vessel sits in a rotating cradle and you tilt to pour. It has an ergonomic handle, a large non-slip base and a removable stainless steel anti-scale filter, and it switches off automatically, with overheating protection. Colourways are all white, all black, red and white, and black and white. Our guide to cutlery for weak grips covers mealtimes.
How to order the Uccello Kettle
Ring 1300 767 777, write to [email protected] or visit us at our Liverpool showroom. We deliver it within Sydney, and regional NSW orders travel by freight.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Uccello Kettle made from?
The vessel, cradle and base are polypropylene, and Uccello states that every plastic in contact with the water is BPA-free. The version sold for Australia and New Zealand is rated at 220 to 240 volts and 1850 to 2200 watts.
Can you tell when the Uccello Kettle is on?
Yes. A power-on light shows while it is heating, and a water level indicator shows how much water is inside before you switch it on. Uccello also lists quiet boiling among the kettle's features, handy when others in the house are still asleep.
