Rossmax blood pressure monitors

Several automatic upper arm models in our blood pressure monitors range use what Rossmax calls Real Fuzzy Technology, which sets cuff pressure from your systolic pressure and arm size. Many come with a latex free cone cuff, which is also sold on its own. The Deluxe XL has jumbo digits on a 101 x 118mm screen, and the PARR models add atrial fibrillation and premature contraction detection. For clinics, the PARR PRO Professional offers automatic and auscultatory measurement and three cuff sizes. Manual options are a palm type and an aneroid sphygmomanometer.

Pulse oximeters and thermometers

Our pulse oximeters include fingertip models with OLED or large LED screens, and handheld units with alarm thresholds and up to 999 memories. ACT models add Artery Check Technology, giving SpO2, pulse rate and an artery condition reading in one minute. Among our medical thermometers, the infrared ear models read in one second, the temple model within 5cm and the telephoto model within 10cm, and the flexible tip digital thermometer is waterproof.

Nebulisers, scales and other equipment

The Piston Nebuliser in our nebulisers range has an adjustable valve bottle for different medication viscosities, with adult and child masks. Also listed are a nasal washer, an Aero Spacer, a peak flow meter and spare parts. Our digital scales include 180kg and 150kg Bluetooth models. Rounding out the range are a blood glucose monitor with 5 second results, the V7 portable suction unit, and anti decubitus mattresses with alternating therapy in cell and bubble types.
