Our Poise range is made up of liners, pads and pants designed for light bladder leakage, often shortened to LBL. Nearly all of them are in our incontinence pads and liners range.

Poise liners

Liners are for droplets when you sneeze, cough or laugh. Poise Liners Light come in 18 packs and Liners Regular in 26 packs, while Liners Extra Long and Ultra Long Liners add length for more coverage. Poise Extra Light, in a drawstring pack of 10, is described as the thinnest liner in the range. Each liner is individually wrapped, and the whole range is also listed among our feminine care products.

Poise pads and pants

Poise Pads are for when leaks happen regularly, and each listing gives a capacity: Regular holds up to half a cup, Extra holds one cup and Extra Plus more than one cup. Pads Super come in 14 and 28 packs, the larger described as up to two weeks' supply at two pads a day.

Ultrathins Regular with wings and Super Ultrathins are the thinnest pads in the range, according to Poise. Thin & Discreet pads in Regular, Extra and Super add Leak-Block side shields. Thin & Discreet Pants, in small/medium and large packs of five, use stretchy, cloth-like fabric and are listed under pull-up incontinence pants.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use period pads instead of Poise pads?

Continence Health Australia explains that continence pads are designed to absorb much more fluid than period pads, and to reduce odour and draw wetness away from the skin. It warns that using period pads for bladder leakage can lead to frequent leaks, odour and skin irritation, so choose a product designed for urine.

Which Poise products are made for overnight?

Poise Pads Overnight, in 8 and 16 packs, hold up to 2 cups of liquid. Poise Thin & Discreet Ultra Long Pads are described as suitable for overnight use, with a longer, more absorbent core. For more choice at night, see our guide to the best overnight incontinence pads.

Are Poise liners fragrance free?

Poise Liners Light, Extra Light, Extra Long and Ultra Long are listed as fragrance free with what Poise calls "no added nasties": no added azo dyes, natural rubber latex, elemental chlorine or other chemicals restricted by Kimberly-Clark. The Liners Regular listing does not say either way, so ask the team if that matters to you.
