Omron blood pressure monitors
Omron's range of blood pressure monitors starts with one-touch upper arm models. The HEM-8712 and HEM-7120 store the last measurement, and the HEM-7120 adds irregular heartbeat detection. The JPN2 keeps 30 readings, and the JPN500, made in Japan, keeps 60. The HEM7322 Premium and HEM7320 Ultra Premium each store 90 readings with date and time. The HEM-7156 has the IntelliWrap cuff, which Omron says gives 360° accuracy however the cuff is worn, and it averages the last three readings taken within 10 minutes.
For readings on a phone, the HEM7600T Smart Elite+ is tubeless and syncs by Bluetooth to the OMRON connect app. Omron says the HEM-7361T measures blood pressure and detects AFib (atrial fibrillation) at the same time. Wrist models are the HEM6161, with a 30 reading memory, and the Bluetooth HEM6232T. HeartGuide is a wearable monitor that also tracks activity and sleep.
Omron TENS devices
Omron makes three of the units in our TENS and pelvic floor devices range, from the HVF127 Standard through the HVF021 Deluxe to the HVF128 Premium. TENS stands for transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. Omron explains that the device sends a small electrical current through the skin to stimulate sensory nerve endings. Ask your doctor whether TENS suits you.
Nebulisers and thermometers
Omron nebulisers come in two types. The NEC801 and NEC803 compressor models have medication capacities of 7 ml and 10 ml, each supplied with an adult mask and a child mask, while the handheld NEU100 uses mesh technology.
Our medical thermometers include the Omron TH839S ear thermometer, with a fever alarm at 37.5 °C, and the non-contact MC720 forehead thermometer.

Why might a doctor ask me to check my blood pressure at home?
Healthdirect explains that if your blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg or higher in the clinic, your doctor may ask you to check it at home or wear a monitor for 24 hours. This shows how your blood pressure varies through a regular day and helps make sure the diagnosis is accurate.
Which Omron monitor suits two people in one household?
The HEM7280T upper arm monitor and the HEM6232T wrist monitor each store 100 readings for two users, so two people can share one device and keep their results separate. The HEM-7361T also has a dual user function. If you sync with the OMRON connect app, Omron notes that each user needs their own smart device.
Will a replacement Omron cuff fit my monitor?
Only if your model is on the cuff's compatibility list. The medium to large cuff (22 to 42 cm) is listed for the HEM7121, HEM7130, HEM7322 and HEM7280T. The medium (22 to 32 cm) and large (32 to 42 cm) cuffs suit other models, including the HEM7200 and HEM7211. Check your model number before ordering.
