Dermaveen soap-free washes and bath care

Healthdirect lists soap, shampoo and bubble bath among the skin irritants that can trigger eczema, and the Dermaveen washes and cleansing bar are all soap-free. Daily Nourish Soap-Free Wash is lightly foaming and pH balanced, while Extra Hydration Gentle Soap-Free Wash is non-foaming, for extra dry, itchy skin. Both come in 250 mL, 500 mL and 1 L. There is also a soap-free Daily Nourish Cleansing Bar, an Extra Hydration Shower and Bath Oil and, in the Calmexa line, a Soap Free Wash and a Bath Soak.

Moisturisers for body, hands and face

Daily Nourish lotion and cream suit dry or sensitive skin day to day. For more hydration, the Extra Hydration Intensive Moisturising Cream is enriched with shea butter, and the Sheer Moisturising Cream is a lighter, fast absorbing option. Extra Hydration Hand Cream is made for dry, cracked hands. For the face, there is a Foaming Facial Cleanser, a Hydrating Facial Moisturiser and a Skin Renewal Facial Serum with hyaluronic acid, pro-vitamin B5 and betaglucan.

Sensitive Relief, baby and hair care

The Sensitive Relief eczema ointment, lotion and cream are each described by Dermaveen as formulated for mild eczema flare ups. Sensitive Relief Calmexa products add a Triple Calming Complex of aloe vera, allantoin and calendula, and the Calmexa moisturiser also contains ceramides. Extra Gentle Baby products cover a soap-free wash, a moisturising cream and an eczema cream, and the full range also appears under children care. Oatmeal Shampoo and Oatmeal Conditioner are made for dry, flaky or sensitive scalps.

What is colloidal oatmeal?

It is the oat ingredient that runs through the whole Dermaveen range. Dermaveen describes it as 100% natural, finely milled oat from the Avena sativa plant. Nearly every wash, moisturiser and baby product lists it, as do the shampoo, conditioner and Calmexa Bath Soak, and in the Calmexa moisturiser it is paired with ceramides.

Does Dermaveen make a moisturiser with sunscreen?

Yes. Dermaveen Daily Nourish Body Moisturiser SPF 50+ comes in a 200 g size and gives broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection, with 4 hours water resistance, according to the listing. It is a lightweight body moisturiser, so it suits days when you want sun protection and hydration in one step. It is the only Dermaveen product we list with an SPF rating.

Which Dermaveen products come in large sizes?

Several everyday products come in bulk sizes for families or regular use.
