Berocca effervescent tablets
Most of the range uses the Berocca Performance formula, which pairs B vitamins and vitamin C with zinc, calcium and magnesium. Tablets come in Orange, Original Berry, Mango & Orange and Raspberry Blackcurrant flavours, in packs from 15 to 75, along with a 60 tablet variety pack holding all four flavours. Two other formulas are stocked: Berocca Boost, guava flavoured with guarana, in 10 and 20 packs, and Berocca Focus, orange flavoured with added ginseng, in a 30 pack.
Fizzy Melts and Twist N Go drinks
Berocca Fizzy Melts are chewable tablets that can also be sucked, so no water is needed. They come 14 to a pack in Berry Burst and Orange Fresh, and the listing says they contain no artificial flavours or preservatives. Twist N Go is a 250mL drink, sold singly or as a 12 pack, in Original Berry, Orange and Mango & Orange, plus a guava version with guarana. Does everyone need a vitamin supplement?
Healthdirect says most people can get all the vitamins and minerals they need from a healthy, balanced diet, and explains when a supplement may be needed. If you are unsure whether Berocca suits you, or you already take other medicines or supplements, ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start.
Which Berocca products contain caffeine?
Only the Berocca Boost formula lists caffeine. Both the guava effervescent tablets and the guava Twist N Go drink combine caffeine and guarana with magnesium, zinc, calcium, vitamin C and all eight B vitamins. The Performance, Focus and Fizzy Melts descriptions do not mention caffeine, so check the label if you are limiting how much you have.
Can I order a mix of Berocca flavours?
Yes, the simplest way is the Berocca Variety 60 Pack, which holds Orange, Original Berry, Mango & Orange and Raspberry Blackcurrant tablets.
