Fit and Care Guide:

• If you find the need to trim this guard because it’s not fitting perfectly in your mouth, you may do this with sharp scissors as shown below on the darker areas. Only cut the absolute minimum needed.
• For best results, simply rinse in cold water or mouthwash.
• Applied over either upper or lower teeth, depending on comfort.
• No prep required – no boiling cutting or moulding. Simply insert and sleep. Best replaced when no longer fresh or if damaged. Usually after 3-5 days of use.
