How to apply:
1 Pull the sleeve over your right/left foot, toes first. The label should always be on the back side.
2 Pull the sleeve up your lower leg until the lower edge is placed just above your ankle.
3 Pull the sleeve up your lower leg just below the knee, place the compression zone over your calf without any wrinkles. Only use on clean, intact skin. The product should be applied as illustrated. Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted. Avoid wearing for prolonged periods e.g. whilst sleeping.
