Size Chart and Fit Guide:

• Pull strap over elbow area.
• Apply just below elbow joint.
• Place pads on opposing sides.
• Wrap strap and close.

• Arm slightly flexed, measure around the widest part of the forearm, (below elbow joint).

Warnings:

• Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
• Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict.
